MISSING POINTS? Please contact the provider you're expecting to receive reward points from to ensure they have awarded your points to the correct email address or have unintentionally not awarded your points. IMPORTANT: Providers decide how many points to award to their guests as well as when to award the points. Please ask your provider about their "Reward Plan". Typically, members can expect to see earned points awarded to their account at the end of each month for all stays during the previous month.
